Orders are processed and dispatched from one of our fulfilment locations depending on stock availability, product type, and the delivery destination. This allows us to route orders through the most suitable dispatch point available at the time of purchase.

Processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the item ordered, the destination, and operational demand.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

 

Taxes, Customs Duties and Import Charges

For many international destinations, including a large number of EU countries, applicable duties and import charges are generally handled in advance so that no additional payment is required on delivery.

However, for some destinations or shipment types, additional customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or local handling fees may still apply. Where this happens, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Because customs treatment varies by country and may change over time, we recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure whether import charges may apply to your order. Shopify also notes that international customers can in some cases still be charged duties and import taxes when receiving a shipment, depending on how the order is set up.

 

Delivery Notes

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, high demand, or other factors outside our control.

If your order contains multiple items, they may in some cases be shipped separately.
