Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If the item you receive is damaged, faulty, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yovng.com, preferably within 7 days of delivery, so we can investigate promptly with our fulfilment partners.

Please include:

  • your full name;

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue; and

  • clear photographs showing the problem, where applicable.

Items reported as faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exception applies under the law.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have told us, you must send the goods back within a further 14 days.

Returned items should be:

  • unworn;

  • unwashed;

  • unaltered; and

  • returned in a resalable condition, with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible.

We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an exception applies under the law, including goods made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalised items.

For hygiene reasons, some categories may also be non-returnable where permitted by law if unsealed or used.

 

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind under your cancellation right, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless we state otherwise.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review return shipping costs and provide appropriate return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
